This King James Version Large Print Compact Bible combines easy in-hand portability with easy to read text. The handsome purple cover is embellished with a debossed filigree design.
The tile is skillfully debossed and gold foiled. The same design elements are repeated on the spine of the Bible. The cover is constructed of quality man-made material with the look and feel of real leather (trade name LuxLeather). Gold gilt-edged pages enhance the beauty of the design.
The Large Print Compact Bible text is comparable in size to the text in a standard size Bible. The nomenclature is used in Bible publishing to differentiate between typical Compact or Pocket Bible text size (7pt) and Large Print Compact Bible text size (8-9pt).
Inside, you'll find a double-column format, words of Christ printed in red ink, concordance, a helpful Scripture verse finder by topic, a one-year Bible reading plan and 8 full-cover maps.
